Behavior Based Safety (BBS) is an integral part of our company. We know how important reporting is and our employees are encouraged and rewarded for their observations, safe habits and stop works.

Today's safety culture demands that we all develop and continually improve our BBS procedures.

Training is a crucial part of any program. We have several ways we use training components to make us a better quality company.

SSE Program-Our SSE Program is custom tailored to our job duties and our staff. This unique approach has proven results and as they say "the proof is in the pudding". We have made some very impressive pudding.

We all know the sad truth about drugs and alcohol in the world we live. However, Full Circle will not tolerate the use of drugs and alcohol in our working world.

We participate in 3 consortiums, as well as the DOT Clearinghouse, allowing us to appropriately hire-in and maintain qualified workers.

We maintain up to date Driver Qualification files on all our drivers as well as enrollment in the appropriate consortiums for drug and alcohol testing.

Communication

Full Circle believes that communication is crucial in all aspects of our job. We contribute our success to the communication methods we use to make our employees and services top notch.

JSAs-FCOFS uses the JSA process on every job as a tool to ensure we are assessing all hazards and communicating them to all involved individuals

SWA-Our employees are trained in the importance of understanding their obligation in stopping any task they feel is unsafe.

MOC-Things don’t always go as planned. Full Circle trains all employees to communicate to supervisors when a change needs to be made to ensure we are following all safety and Operator guidelines.

BBS-Full Circle believes reporting is a good thing and has in place a BBS program to encourage and reward our employees for recognizing hazards.

SSE-FCOFS uses an SSE program built especially for our business and has proven to be beneficial for all employees.
